It’s finally starting to feel like summer and the pool parties and lake days are beginning to fill up the calendar. Here are two easy looks that are easy to throw on for your next rendezvous by the water.

I love an oversized T-shirt dress as a cover up. This one is in the $30 range (size down) and when you drip margarita or chocolate ice cream on it, it easily bleaches back to bright white. I use my black and white Maria Victoria bag as a pool bag. They are so big and spacious and it’s no big deal if they get wet. You can also add a tassel to coordinate with your swim suits. Tory Burch flip flops help to add a little glam. If you are gonna snag these, I suggest buying them at the outlet store, or at Nordstrom during their anniversary or half-anniversary sales. Last step: add a fun tropical or statement pair of earrings like these. That’s it, you’re ready to cannon-ball!

I’ve gotten so many compliments on this swim cover-up! I bought it last summer and wore it non-stop. It comes it several colors, never looks wrinkley (read:packs well) and has fun tassels on the side. Sometimes I like to add ripped jean shorts under neath (tuck in the front of the cover up) if I’m gonna hop into a pool bar or restaurant. But while I’m by the water this cover up has the right amount of coverage. This rust color also looks great on tanned skin. Add little layered necklaces, an inexpensive hat, and turquoise earrings to complete this effortless look! Easy Peasey Lemon and Vodka Squeezey!
